Pete Sell of Team Serra-Longo on Long Island has a fork-in-the-road fight on October 25th at UFC 90 in Chicago Vs. Josh Burkman. Sell (7-4) hopes for a big win after a close loss to Nate Quarry at UFC Fight Night 11. This is Sell’s first fight at the 170lb level and it will be very interesting to learn if the cut affects his devastating striking power. Breakfast: Protein shake
Snack: Can of tuna - 1/2 cup of brown rice
Lunch: Can of tuna - 1/2 cup of brown rice
Snack: Protein shake or vegetables, or tuna and rice
Dinner: Green Vegetable - spinach,
1/2 cup of brown rice
Six ounces of chicken or fish
Sell added that he feels great, is currently weighing 185lbs and can’t wait till fight night.
