Matt Serra broke the news to TriStateFighter.com first on Wednesday that his fighter, Pete Sell, will return to the octagon on October 25th to face Josh Burkman at UFC 90. Sell has a 7-4 record but is coming off losses to Nate Quarry at UFC Fight Night 11 and Thales Leites at UFC 69. Sell is dropping down to the 170lb weight class for the first time to face Burkman. Sell is also recovering from a shoulder injury.
Sell Vs. Burkman will be on the undercard of the Anderson Silva/Patrick Cote 185lb title fight. UFC 90 will take place at the AllState Arena in Chicago, the first visit to the windy city for the UFC.
